Michele has more than 30 years of experience in financial services operations and leads the Managed Services division for SS&C Black Diamond Trust Services. In this role, she oversees customer solutions and support for trust accounting and operations, custody, and unique assets processing. She also serves on the management team of FPS Trust Company, an SS&C-owned Colorado trust company offering specialized services, including paying agent solutions.

Before joining SS&C, Michele spent 24 years at Unified Trust Company, NA, an independent trust company in Lexington, KY. She drove the firm’s growth from an RIA to a national trust company, held multiple leadership roles, and ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, IT, and retirement plan recordkeeping.

Michele is a graduate of Transylvania University.
