Melissa Best leads sales for SS&C Black Diamond’s CRM Solutions, covering Engage, Elements, and Edge. She also works with our Data Solutions product for firms using Dynamics or Salesforce, helping them leverage prebuilt integrations. Melissa brings extensive experience guiding clients through the CRM selection process and is recognized for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and integrity.

Melissa joined SS&C in 2016 through the acquisition of Salentica, where she served as Sales Director from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Salentica, she spent more than 20 years in sales, including time at Microsoft’s Sales headquarters in Seattle.

She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and an A.A. from Saint Mary’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
