Lauren Payton is a member of the QA Engineering team at SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions, where she focuses on data excellence. She works on a vast range of data tools, from dividend backdating processes and automated benchmark services to client-facing solutions, like account merges and partnerships. Lauren collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop reliable, efficient solutions that address client needs and strengthen product strategy.

She joined Black Diamond in 2013 and has held roles in operations, product management and quality assurance engineering. Each role has built on a consistent focus on data, supported by strong mentorship and collaboration with high-performing teams.

Lauren holds a BS in Statistics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
