Jen Becher has helped shape and scale the client experience at SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions for the past 17 years. She has played a key role in the company’s growth, leading teams across implementation, service, and operations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for wealth management firms.

Jen is known for her ability to translate complex business needs into thoughtful, practical solutions. She partners closely with clients while building strong, accountable teams that support a large and diverse client base. Jen focuses on fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring firms realize the full value of the Black Diamond platform as they grow and evolve.

She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Florida and serves on the Board of the Coggin College of Business.
