Jen is in charge of getting new clients up and running on SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Wealth Platform. She ensures the Implementation process is smooth and successful so that new clients can reap the benefits of their new platform from day one. Once onboarded, her Client Service teams ensure each firm’s operations run smoothly. 

She and her team handle it all with a service mindset and a singular focus on client success and satisfaction. As a result, clients consistently give her teams excellent feedback, especially for the professionalism of the people. 

Jen joined SS&C Advent in 2008 and has held various leadership roles during her tenure. She holds an MBA and BS from the University of North Florida.
