eMoney: Interactive Planning Cash Flow Chart Now in Mobile

Client Users can now access the interactive Cash Flow chart in eMoney Financial Plans within the Black Diamond Mobile App. The Cash Flow chart provides a clear, year-by-year breakdown of each client’s income and expenses, enabling them to better visualize and manage their financial picture.

Selectable Branding Across Teams

Firm users affiliated with multiple teams can customize their branding preferences across Black Diamond. These enhancements extend throughout the site, including Proposal Generation reports and Multi-Factor Authenticator App branding, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience that reflects each team’s unique identity.

Smarter Access in Rebalancer

Firm administrators now have greater flexibility with expanded access to Bulk Tools for managing data within the Black Diamond Rebalancer. Additionally, specific areas of the Firm Maintenance section can be made available to users without Administrator-level permissions, empowering teams with the appropriate level of access while maintaining oversight and control.

Compliance Export for Trade Submissions

Firms can gain visibility into Rebalancer trade activity with a new Data Mining System Template. It allows them to support audit and oversight workflows with a new export for submitted Rebalancer sessions. The export includes session creator, timestamp, and content, plus optional filtering by custodian for added clarity and focus.

Restricted Plans in Rebalancer

Advisors can achieve greater control over client portfolios with Restricted Plans and custom investment menus that limit trading to approved securities. They can assign plans to specific accounts to align with retirement strategies or compliance requirements, ensuring trades stay within their firm’s designated investment parameters.

Partnership Tree View

Firms will soon have a hierarchical view of related partnerships based on parent account relationships. The tree view enhances partnerships-of-partnerships functionality, providing greater visibility and control for operational users.

UMA Functionality in Rebalancer

Users will be able to create and manage UMA Strategies by splitting an account into multiple “sleeves,” enabling independent analysis and trading for different strategies within the same account. This allows firms to rebalance while maintaining correct proportional value and allocation per sleeve.

Alternative Investment Charting

Charting for alternative investments is coming to Client Reporting, including line and bar charts for Distributions, Capital Called, Total and Current Value, Remaining Capital, and IRR. Additional enhancements will improve cost-basis tracking flexibility.

Alternative Investment Enhancements

Expanded alternatives management and reporting across Client View, Mobile App, Client Experience Portal, and Client Reports. New data points include Outside Capital Called, Fund Manager, and Investment Period Close Date, with improved Remaining Capital accuracy and new grouping options.

Email Notifications for Shared Rebalancer Sessions

Users can opt into email notifications for key Rebalancer Session activities, including sharing, approvals, rejections, and actions taken. These notifications complement in-app alerts and support more efficient collaboration.

The Sleeve Reporting Solution allows advisors to create sleeve accounts from a UMA and apply rules to manage diversification, customization at scale, efficiency, and active management.
